Shipping policy
Fitria Beauty Turnaround Times, Policies, and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
Fitria Beauty offers two shipping methods:
Standard (Ground) DHL Global Mail, UPS MI, UPS, DHL Express, FedEx, USPS
- Delivery within 5-7 business days after Processing
Express (2-Day) Expedited (UPS, DHL Express, FedEx
- Within 2-3 business days after Processing
Note: Delays due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, weather-related incidents, power or internet outages) are not creditable.
Order Fulfillment SLAs
Order fulfillment operates Monday through Friday. Once an order reaches Processing, its SLA countdown begins according to regional cutoffs:
B2C Order Fulfillment SLA Cutoff
- United States: 2:00 pm local time
- Australia, Canada, and the EU (Netherlands): 12:00 pm local time
- Birmingham (UK): 6:00 pm GMT
- Manchester & Wellesbourne (UK): 8:00 pm GMT
All B2B, FBA Prep, and Work Orders Fulfillment SLA Cutoff
- United States: 2:00 pm local time
- Australia, Canada, the EU (Netherlands), and the United States: 12:00 pm local time
- Birmingham, Manchester, & Wellesbourne (UK): 6:00 pm GMT
Note for all locations:
Orders in Processing before cutoff: SLA starts same business day
Orders after cutoff: SLA starts next business day
B2C Orders
- SLA: Ship same day or next business day, depending on when order imports into Processing and regional cutoff.
- Carrier pickup delays may add 1 business day.
B2B/Wholesale & FBA Orders
SLA for Plus and Standard merchants that started shipping prior to May 1, 2025: 2 business days after Processing begins.
- For arranged freight: We book freight on Day 3.
- For self arranged freight: Dimensions and weight are uploaded on Day 3.
SLA for Standard merchants that started shipping on May 1, 2025 or later: 3 business days after Processing begins.
- For arranged freight: We book freight on or before Day 4.
- For sell arranged freight: Dimensions and weight are uploaded on or before Day 4.
- If more information is needed, add 3 business days to the SLA once you provide missing details; orders unresolved after 5 business days are restocked (unless actively being resolved) and may incur fees.
Retail Distribution & Drop shipping SLAs
-Orders ship based on purchase order dates to meet retailer guidelines.
Custom Routing for Receiving Orders SLAs
SLAs vary by origin and destination fulfillment center; please refer to the table below for specific business day timelines.
- Standard: Delivery within 7 business days after Processing
- Expedited: Within 3 business days after Processing
- Overnight: Within 2 business days after Processing
Parcel Claims
- SLA: 3-5 business days
Cancel & Restock Requests (for B2B, FBA, and Work Orders)
- SLA: 5 business days once the paid request is approved
